Helena Littman,
MA, AMFT
Helena works to create a reassuring and encouraging atmosphere, allowing for vulnerability and growth to occur even in uncomfortable situations. She believes discovering who you are through this corrective process creates a kind of flexibility and liberation that can help you find the life you want. Through deep introspection and honest communication, Helena aims to facilitate a space for a rich therapeutic relationship to unfold.
Helena has experience addressing a wide range of needs, working with clients of diverse backgrounds within both community based and private practice settings. She has a special interest in working with children and adolescents, recognizing the significance of this pivotal stage in development. By focusing on this formative period, Helena offers care and guidance to young individuals and their families as they navigate the complexities of adolescence together.
Helena is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapy #120807, practicing under the professional supervision of Michelle Harwell, PsyD, LMFT #50732. She received her BA in Psychology and MA in Counseling Psychology from Cal Poly Humboldt.
