Sid Solomon, MA
Sid Solomon uses a psychodynamic and relational approach to help clients find movement in places where they feel stuck. Sid is an MSW candidate at the Smith School for Social Work. She works with adults, adolescents, and couples. Sid’s approach as a clinician is warm, direct, and supportive. She meets clients where they are, engaging them in a process of curiosity and self-reflection in order to gain deeper insights into their lived experience.
Sid received an MA in Gender and Women’s Studies and Political Science from UMBC. Her background is in education in New York City, where she was a special education teacher. Sid is a white clinician who uses an anti-racist framework rooted in Liberation Psychology to work with BIPOC clients. Sid’s practice is also queer and trans affirming.
